Managing your tenancy
City Fox Property Management experts enable landlords to maintain a stress free professional relationship with our tenants because we deal proactively and effectively with the issues that arise during a tenancy.

Repairs and maintenance
We employ a team of trusted local contractors to solve a range of maintenance issues including gas and electrical safety inspections, boiler repairs, plumbing problems, faulty white goods and much more.

Rent collection
Our trained financial team are experienced in rent collection and credit control and will also keep you informed on your financial position. Once we have received the rent payment into our client accounts, we will pay rent to the landlord as instructed and prepare a statement of account, showing deductions if or when necessary.

Looking after your investment
We instruct our Property Inspection Officer to carry out quarterly Inspections on all our managed properties. You will receive a report of any maintenance issues as well as recommendations for work that may be required to carry out after the inspection.

24 Hour Emergency Service
Your tenants will have access to an out-of-hours service, enabling them to report repairs of an emergency nature outside of office hours.
